Daniel Penn Associates has been working with our company since a little over three (3) years in Productivity improvement projects, electricity consumption and Changeover projects, Using their talented teams who led our teams within the plant to achieve, mainly thru Kaizen events, the targets and most of the cases exceeding them.

Their team is mature and well experienced , who helped us to easily understand and deliver the results thru teamwork and several of the cases, having fun as well.

Worked the Daniel Penn team on a shorter term project in Cambridge, MA. They were well organized, translated my expectations at a very high level, and ultimately delivered a stellar end product. We've worked with several Daniel Penn consultants over the years and they have always been very professional, knowledgeable, and helped to make a lasting impact. In a time of exponentially growing demand, our manufacturing lines faced capacity constraints and our anxious customers faced long lead times. Daniel Penn helped to identify key initiatives that reduced inventory, shortened cycle times, and increased yield and flexibility resulting in higher output along with lower costs and lead times.

SD Medical Services completed a Lean Audit and Kaizen project with Daniel Penn associates in August of 2020. We had good communication with our facilitator Kate McGovern. Ms. McGovern made sure we understood our schedule, was flexible with dates, and helped us complete the task in a remote environment. We found the course work to be well thought out and the examples to pertained to our work environment. We utilized several types of charts to get a better understanding of how our processes effect not only our daily work but also our customers. We were able to complete a Kaizen that will lead to valuable time savings for both our staff and our customers. We would recommend Lean training and a Kaizen event for others looking to review their processes.

Had a positive experience working with Daniel Penn on a Lean training effort in 2016. Very professional and worked well with me to create a valuable program for management in my organization. If the opportunity arises, I would certainly work with Daniel Penn again in the future.

Jonal Laboratories wants to thank Daniel Penn Associates for assisting with two Kaizen events. The first event being TPM and the second a Value Stream Mapping exercise. Both events were conducted very professionally and Jonal is able to use a new TPM approach and methodology moving forward for future machine examination.
