Some of the staff members are very cooperative. Location in very good and well connected with the city

Rooms were clean, room service was good.
Only problem was no hot water in bathroom.

Awesome place, atleast 3 star hotel i think and even i don't know clearly, it might have 5 star rating on international scale. but overall the hotel is good.

On of the best in Jaipur, their breakfast buffet is again one of best, top notch customer service, the staff is always on their toes.

One star less for the bathroom, good breakfast,nice environment and is situated at a very convenient place to visit Jaipur,and our driver Lakshman was a very polite , friendly and helpful man.

Their Restaurant at rooftop is a place which should never be. The staff is very rude and their ratings on Zomato is self explanatory. But the management is so ignorant of all this that they will let their customers spoil their mood and evening. People visit this place to enjoy and capture some good memories, but get a reverse of this.

Very bad experience. Don't expect the luxury of a 5 star. This hotel should not be more than 3.
Bathroom sink outlet was broken. No hand shower in bath tub. Room was cramped. When we went to sleep at 10 pm, noticed hair a l over the pillow.
If you can, avoid this hotel at all cost.

Starting with the location, it is located in the prime location of Raja Park, on Main road, and thud is easily accessible from all means of transportation. The rooms up there at the hotel are fabulous and as they should be at any good 5* hotel. Service and food comes next, and it was a delight too. The overall ambience though laxked a bit, which needs to be upgraded, and rest all, it was a nice visit.
