Great Services and facilities but work on food quality, that doesn't taste good.

Rooms are good food is okay.
Place is not expensive.

Wow... what a classical building structure it is. Great environment...cool place. Rooms are so well designed. There are too many facilities that a great hotel should have. Parking structure is awesome. Place in main market so you can easily find and visit. Great experience of mine to visit this place.

Nice clean decent sized room. Good breakfast facilities. City location makes it easy to reach the places you would normally visit as a tourist. The Gym and pool are basic but adequate. There is nice park opposite the hotel for your morning walks. They provided an early check in within half an hour without a fuss or the usual drama that some hotels do. This is a big plus given flights into Jaipur can be pretty early. Overall experience was good.

Awesome place to be !! Ramada has it all that a tourist wants in Jaipur. Excellent service, great dedicated staff, round the clock assistance, it's really worth the experience. I must say that these people genuinely make your stay as comfortable as if you are at your own home !!

The room was clean but a bit old.
The staff are very friendly, the restaurant and the top floor bar are pretty good, the meals are delicious!
The scent of essential oils in the hall and stairwell is very charming.
The location is very good, there are still many shops around the night after the night.

Close to the airport .. not much of a view .. but had a nice stay .. Rooftop is lit!!

Very poor service in Restaurant... Poor fooditems in buffet... Taste is also not good....No one is there to serve you....Hindi speaking people are treated as Second class customers....At reception.. Most Rude behaviour i have ever faced in any kind of hotel.. I wonder and doubt about their 4.3 stars...

Old property, dirty and basic bathrooms, food not great and service needs a major revamp

Good ambiance, decent rooms... Breakfast was good but there were flies in the dining hall.. can't expect a 4 star hotel to have flies in the dining hall
