I have worked with this company for 3 years now and they have treated me extremely well. Times when I was injured they totally understood and even went as far as still letting me work doing light duty so I would not lose out on pay even calling to check up on me to see how I was doing when I was on bed rest before I was cleared to come back, the supervisors foreman and my fellow laborers are like family to me they have treated me so well since I first started and I will always be more then happy to work my hardest for them. If your looking for a company that cares about their employees and has respect and are always on time when It comes to pay day and benefits into your union choose Danella. Danella was Contracted by the telecommunications companies to replace the pole that s in my backyard. Their track vehicle which carries the pole came off the protective pads and made a huge cut in the lawn. Despite the workers promising they would fix it no effort has been made and it s been over a month with no call back. Very upsetting this is now my problem.

I live in Philadelphia and this company is doing the natural gas lines for pgw. Every road you go down after they finished there is a mess Tons of sand on side of roads there for months and months at a time very rude when you speak to someone and want to ask a question. Just recently you guys started on the street where I live first day bunch of trash in the front of my home fast food containers cups bags. As i Left for work I saw an employee and asked if he could spread the message to clean up after themselves he tells me that you guys don t take lunch and wasn t them when my wife was home sick all week and saw first hand what was goin on than goes and tells me I can complain all I want. Not the way to speak to someone didn t want to give me a name either.

I drive for Uber and had the pleasure of bringing some other employees from the airport to their main office to hear the way they talked about their jobs and how happy they were working there was awesome. I wish I could get a job for this company and have bosses like these guys.

What a great experience with the Danella team! They installed a gas line from the street to my residence. The crew was professional and did an outstanding job. They were courteous and took great pride in their work. The best if the best!

This company is trash and has no regard for the residents in the neighborhoods that they work in. Employees are rude and inconsiderate, slamming on my door like the cops at 8 am. I feel sorry for anyone who has to experience the misfortune of having them do work in their neighborhood.

The company has been performing work on the street below my condo for the last several weeks. They are consistent viiolators of noise ordinances, don't maintain sidewalk access as required, don't post info about the project or its disruptions, distributed no info to residents or local businesses and are carrying on construction until 5am in a primarily residential street. Calls to the company are ignored, talking with their crew a waste of time and they have repeatedly brushed off city officials when they have inquired about their shoddy practices. I suggest you book at your own peril.

They have been working in the south Philadelphia area for the last few months. They start working at 7.30 am or earlier every morning. They consistently fail to post updated no parking permits and have to tow cars every morning
