2nd service and both times I have had dealt with Warren as my service advisor. Great to deal with, great communication with anything required to be done on top of appointment.
I would recommend these guys to anyone I know. Maybe who knows might even by my next truck from them too!

I had to take my 2013 Ford F150 in for a tune-up and a few minor things. I will not return and it has caused me to want to move away from the brand. They incorrectly booked me for the wrong service, incorrectly billed me (pay attention to your bill!), the service desk was generally confused about what was being done, needed to be done or had been done.

I did speak to their service manager who actually reached out to me and was assured a better experience when I returned but it didn't happen. They missed an item on their 'comprehensive' checklist that is completed when they hand back the vehicle that would have resulted in me driving away overpaying on items that were not done and I was the one who had to point this out and how to fix it.

I hate complaining but hopefully it saves someone else a headache and some dollars.

Just picked up our new 2019 Explorer! I have purchased numerous vehicles from Dams and I'm pretty certain this will not be the last. Ritch MacKenzie is my go-to guy, I would not dare deal with anyone else. Sue Guthrie also gets an honorable mention for taking care of the numbers and paperwork. They just make it too easy to get into a new vehicle!

Talked to Josh the sales manger who gave me an amazing deal on a mustang. we decided to finish the deal the next day with a different sales associate as it was already late in the day and finance was closed. I talked to Brian Strilesky and he said the deal I was getting was not going to work for him so he would hand it off to a '' younger sales associate'' Literally his words and to wait for the call from them or finance for the deposit. That was all at 10am. Brian Strilesky phoned me back at 11am asked for my address and said they should be calling me back asap. I waited tell 430pm and called them back just for brian to say they sold the car. This place is extremely shady and unprofessional I'm very upset I'm very disappointed.

Had a very good experience with Tony in the service center this past weekend. I was getting a recall taken care of for fuel tank deformation on my ford focus, along with replacing my windshield wipers and taking car of a low tire pressure issue. Tony was very friendly and offered that, because I was going on a hike that day, I could always just arrange to pick up my car after hours and pay online. He also gave a complimentary vacuum and car wash. They did a good job with this, considering I have quite a bit of dog hair in my car. Everything only took three hours and I really appreciated the flexibility and the customer service.

This has to be the worst service with management I've ever experienced. I had my 2018 f150 taken there due too the drive shaft blowing off the truck at about 100km on the freeway. (With ZERO prior issues) They refused to fix and warranty it saying a rock must have hit it causing the damage. This decision by them had me emediatly returning the truck and cost ford 70,000 left on my loan. When I resurched the drive shaft issue with similar year especially my year and model they have had hundreds of the same issues.

You need to be extremely aware and smart about your vehicle and what s going on with it. I took it for a general service and there was a software upgrade due. After the upgrade, the seats heating stopped working and when I reported this, I had to pay 150 dollars extra for an inspection charge.

Result of the inspection- nothing, your seats are fine, we just don t know why the seats are not heating- maybe change your battery . A battery has not connection with seat heating.

Craig Bulloch - you need to stop misleading customers and give them honest and accurate diagnosis- not everyone will have the time and money to experiment and eliminate all the possible causes of faults in the vehicle by coming again and again to the dealership and paying money for inspection while getting no help.

I woke up this past Saturday to a cut fuel line. Jennifer in the service department was FANTASTIC. She really went above and beyond. Jenn, got the replacement part rushed and she fit me in her schedule and insure me that I would have my truck back the same day as I was supposed to be doing snow removal that day. Dams Ford services all our company cars and will continue to receive my business. Thank You Guys.
