First time having minor surgery. OR employees where the best. Since the beginning of coming in I was treated with respect and acknowledged. Very communicative and helpful. Was nervous going under during my surgery but with the anesthesiologist he made the experience pleasant. I hate hospital visits long and poor service but this was not one of them .
The nurses really care, they were so kind. Doctor Rodriguez was amazing she made me feel comfortable and really cared !!! Thank you
It take about 4 hours for the doctor to get the results for my daughter we been hear 4 hours I mean really this hospital is something else
I think (Dameron Hospital Occupational Health Services) they must be always working at full capacity since I have left multiple messages (manager is never available to speak) and have not received a response in weeks. When calling, expect to be put on hold and if you ask for the manager, you will be sent to voicemail. We will have to take our business elsewhere. "One's best ability is availability".
Arrived here and stayed for a couple of days. Had some highs and some lows, but thats okay. If this hospital was able to clone a nurse that excels in every aspect of nursing as well as her procedural compliance that would be the nurse named Wilma. She pushed my review from a 3 to a 5 solely on how impressed I was. She should definitely be looked at as someone to be emulated if you want nurses to be at a golden standard.
My husband had a heart procedure done and everything about it was explain to us his nurse was very good and helpful our experience was great for our first time
The nurses were very attentive to me. I liked the food. I was in 226 A on the 24 of August . Sugery went great and in on the way to recovery .
Don t come here staff not wearing mask nurse or rn named Brian 4:28am Saturday September 11 isn t wearing a mask and he s the staff I asked my nurse who the staff was not wearing g a mask he didn t want to tell me at all!!! The triage nurse kasie had the audacity to tell me the after she touched the equipment touched my sons hand and he put his hand in his mouth in the process of her getting his pulse that the equipment is dirty she don t think they clean it look at the floors in here they are filthy the room dirty and I don t think they changed the bedding at all i will not be back here I will be filing a complaint by mail plus calling it in. The nurses expected me to share a room with another patient which is not six feet apart that s a hazard to catch covid
Then left me in the waiting room or the emergency room for 12 hours while yhey are at their desk out front and laughed I kept asking for a bedpan but I peed the bed four times so I couldn't wait after being there 12 hours I receive no treatment. I have asthma I had a three-hour coughing fit and baking my medicine and they ignored me
Was discharged without being asked if I was OK. Also spoke with the "charge nurse" that had no interest on hearing how I felt. My sugar levels are through the roof and I wasn't given the proper medical attention. It took hours to even get a cup of water. This staff acted like high school students with very little experience and or care for that matter. You can hear the staff talk about the patients bad. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here. The integrity has faded and it's just a job.
