I recently had an experience that fell short of expectations. The service lacked the attentiveness I was hoping for, and communication could have been clearer throughout the process. Additionally, there were inconsistencies in the policies that left me feeling unsure about the offerings. While I appreciate the effort, the overall execution left much to be desired.
This place just opened and I decided to check it out for dog daycare because it is convenient to my office in downtown Dallas. The facility is really clean and I really liked the staff and the owner. The overall experience for my girls was just amazing. The owner walked my dogs along the Santa Fe Trail for free and gave them a bath. I could tell they got a lot of activity because they both took a long nap when we got home! I purchased a daycare package and plan to board both of the dogs there next month.
