Really nicely operated educational facility. Ample resources such as computers and willing knowledgeable staff to assist. Too cool on upper floors to be expected to sit in one place 90 minutes.

Be careful walking into the library at the outside. There is several human feces. There was even some on the walls. They did have a person cleaning outside but he was more busy looking at his phone sitting on the side of the building. We did get the birth certificate we needed and did not take long but we had an appointment. There was several homeless sleeping outside the building but did see a police officer trying to move them.

I love writing and working here. The calm, silent ambience. An abundance of seating and tables. Friendly greetings. Unlike expensive coffee shops and cramp spaces, I can spread out, save moolah and feel comfy & at peace. The 7th floor is best. The children s library is neat too for the munchkins. The lib showcases kid films weekly.

I was on a waiting list for a book title and it finally became available to me. I went down to the Jonsson Library on Young Street. I had to go in, curb side delivery is not offered any more. No matter though plenty of parking and it was a very quick in and out. Great place!

Great library. The kids floor (that's the second floor) has a great selection of books and toys. There's also a helpful "bureau of vital statistics" a birth and death certificate center and plenty of other great stuff. Classes are open the public and do not require a library card.
