Bad experience!!! Brought my pet ECM unit
They necer flash it!!! They never touch it at all
And never call me or email me to let me know it was ready...
I showed up next day
They brought my ECM unit back told me to sign the paper sheet and was a charge of almost 300 dollars.
For doing nothing to my engine ECM
This people are something else they steal your money easily.
I was gonna take my truck to their shop but since they steal my money just like that...
I rather pay 3700 hundred dollars to some other shop.
Nothing to them FThem

These C0VIDI0TS are so obsessed with the JEVVKUNGFLU that they won't answer the phone or deliver parts.

Why are you open at night but won t answer your phone! This is all the time. They just hang up on you! Horrible customer service

Was a little disappointed in the long wait but when it was my turn at the window the parts guy had a great attitude and apologized for the guy that had held up the line for nearly an hour. After that guy left it went pretty fast.

Parked on side of road. Got what I needed. Get a number don t just get in line
