I am AMAZED with Dallas Diamonds in every way possible. I took my engagement ring in for some repairs. It is about 10 years old so it was time. I've honestly been toying with the idea of trading it in, but after the job Dallas Diamonds did on it, I no longer feel that way. It looks brand new and I've fell in love with it all over again.

I came in with my husband to have our rings repaired. I neglected mine for years and had recently lost a diamond and crushed another. My husband lost a stone. We were instantly greeted. The repair process was explained to us and what to expect. We were even introduced to the other employee just in case we were contacted by him. Three diamonds later, plus I had them dip my ring to change from white to yellow gold, the rings are beautiful. They even had them done in less than 24 hours. My ring looks brand new. Amazing service. Will definitely be back. I recommend this place to anyone looking for jewelry needs.
After I finished completing a Preparation Party (Will & Last Testaments) I decided to stop in just to browse since my birthday & Valentines Day was fast approaching. Needless to say I was greeted, helped with the best customer service ever. After finding my new birthday jewel I was sized to make sure of proper fitting & told it would be ready the very next day.....Well well well I was only gone about 20 minutes when I received a call that my sizing was complete (same day) because the jeweler was there. I was so excited. Upon arriving back my new diamond was placed in the most beautiful box & they recorded my excitement of receiving my new diamond. I had the most amazing experience ever. Will definitely be my 1st choice when jewelry shopping.
My husband got me a beautiful necklace from here and he got it in gold which was beautiful but I m more of a white gold person and they changed it for me for FREE and had it done 2 days before the date they told me it should be ready! Nicest people ever work here and they have gorgeous pieces at a great price! I will be purchasing all of my jewelry here from now on! Can t beat this type of service!
Dallas, Dory, and the whole team do business the right way. They will take good care of you and help you find what you re looking for at a good price. The experience of buying jewelry from them is enjoyable and they offer trade ups for jewelry bought through them which can be really convenient in some situations. Highly recommend them.
After my nana passed away several years ago, I was given her jewelry box. I fell in love with one of the rings. It was missing the stones,nonetheless I wore it proudly everyday. We took the ring to Dallas Diamonds in Mesquite. Dory, and Matt are amazing. They didn't make a teenager feel any less important than an adult.
