Absolutely Rude. Just spoke to Jason and absolutely unhelpful! Wanted to know a price for a TDFM 136B and he charged $2k more than anyone of his competitors. When asking why he is charging $2,000 more, his answer was "...because I don't like you and you are a Technisonic Dealer that wants to know our prices!" He just had to look up our company name to see that we're in the firefighting business and not a dealer. NEVER AGAIN! There are many other companies and for $15k you deserve better service!
