Very nice establishment close to San Marco and Rialto.

Good B&B in a great location compared to the main attractions of the city. Basic room, very large and well heated. Enjoy your breakfast. Good value for money.

Do NOT book with them. I m checking in TODAY, and just got the message that the reservation has to be cancelled NOW!

A simply excellent experience.
PRO
- excellent location with respect to the station (1.4 km, few bridges), with a comfortable trolley;
- in full Cannaregio, 5 minutes from San Marco;
- in the private courtyard, silent, good doors and windows;
- windows overlooking the canal, nice to look out on the third floor and see the gondolas pass;
- large room, you move comfortably, and well furnished. Everything in its place. There is a fridge;
- bed new and hard right;
- large and comfortable bathroom, with a Jacuzzi bathtub and a Jacuzzi shower;
- owner of extreme courtesy, he really gave us a hand, with ample explanations;
- conditioning;
- change of towels every 2 days.

VERSUS
- a hair of extra variety at breakfast would be the icing on the cake, but I'm looking for the hair in the egg;
- curiously, the set of towels includes a bidet and a shower, but not hands. Having the big one, however, nothing changes.

We were very good, great place to center and quiet, welcome and service at the top. Surely we will come again.

good location. Clean rooms and good breakfast. Unfortunately the wi-fi connection does not work well precisely that it is impossible to use a PC. Every minimum use of the shower results in a partial flooding of the bathroom due to the plastic curtain not suitable for the tub. Provided with only a small towel it becomes impossible to dry the floor. If you want to turn on the heating to dry the aforementioned towel: you can't because the heating is centrally managed. In addition, the rooms are not cleaned and arranged daily but only at the beginning and end of the stay. This would be normal for a stay of 2 days, a little less for one of 4. However, the staff is extremely kind, the hotel is very clean and the stay is all in all pleasant. They emphasize these points for management improvement. NB: check in after 10:30 pm will cost 50

The location is excellent breakfast is fine. The only disadvantage is the stairs if you have luggage !!

Nice hotel about 20 mins from the train station by walking.The lady over there Ms. Claudia has been so nice as we missed our first night during our trip to Venice she gave us voucher refund for our non-refundable booking!! Not to mention how clean was the room and spacious. The bathroom was in the next door but it was for our room washing machine was included in the bathroom. The breakfast was lovely. Strongly recommend.

Great location. uncared for and dirty apartment. dangerous electrical system, operated with power strips scattered on the ground and above the refrigerator powered by a power strip connected to an outlet under the sink with the risk, in case of accidental fall of water, to cause a short circuit. Not to return.

They didn't show up at the appointed time, didn't answer my calls. Had to wait in the cold and book another place. Yet they made me pay the fee.

Very central but quiet. Very clean and with big rooms. The hostess is super nice, friendly and has many insider tips. We were on her advice in the Osteria al Bacco. Away from tourists with great food and fair prices. All in all, recommended.

Very clean, very friendly host. Far from the main tourist areas and hard to find. On the 3rd floor of some messed up steps. Bring a backpack only. Room very basic but big. Bathroom clean and big.
