Went back on an agreement, waited a week to return a call about it, and only after there was contact with the installation crew. Probably wouldn't have returned the call period if not for that. Doesn't value you or your time/ property. We were told it would be an unobtrusive green box similar to the first photo, and they changed without notice to the ugly pole (much uglier in person). I can only assume (due to the lack of communication) that the second one was the plan to start and they have lied from the beginning. They claim to operate under accountability and integrity, my family's experience has had neither.
Had a meeting with my folks about putting in a switch gear. Everybody agreed on a ground mount to move forward. They installed a pole top switch gear that is an absolute eye sore but it saved them some cash. Would not recommend them if you can help it. Further, I would not work cooperatively with them about planning and installing new equipment if you can help it. Horrible company that wont keep their word and they will do whatever they want to save a dime.
