Not the cheapest store for craft supplies, but, 10 out of 10 for stock and variety, and the same for the customer service...first class.

Most disorganised shop I have ever visited at the checkout they are measuring lengths of material 2 staff with a queue of 10 people. No baskets if you want to buy lots of items NEVER AGAIN!!!

There are so many things for crafts bridal and so much more and the staff are so helpful

Felt quite uncomfortable to be honest. Far too many signs telling customers what not to do. Very odd. But to be fair, a great selection to be had.

Staff are very friendly and helpful on visits but today a young gentleman I thought was very rude, made comments to a customer about not giving things away when she never asked that. When it came to myself being served we had to wait until he was ready, puts you off spending money when treated like thet with this suppliers

Me and my sister shop here for all craft materials and there are beautiful gifts and ideas for weddings etc

Bought some balloons staff were very helpful however upon blowing them up the majority of them had holes in or were split so had to return them. The staff inspected them all and even commented how some were a different size. I was made to feel like they thought I hadn't bought them from them!!

Shop is amazing full of different things. Definitely worth having a look.

Offers student discount as well which is a bonus.
Loads of range in party stuff as well from banners to costumes.

However it is a little more expensive to some other fabric stores.

Fab haberdashery for all things party. Needed some ribbons and bows for wedding car, the lady was a ton of help too. Very competitive prices and everything for any celebration or party in one place

I love this crafts shop! It's like an Aladin's cave full of arts and crafts materials for all sorts of projects... From kids crafts, beginners and professional crafters... Rolls and rolls of materials, cake decorating, knitting, sewing, birthday and wedding, christening, card making, artificial flowers that look like the real thing (and they do flower arrangements too!)... It doesn't matter what I have needed I have always found it in dainty supplies, so if you are doing crafts then give Dainty Supplies a look. Only thing I would nit pick about if anything would be their website, it isn't easy to navigate or find what you want on it... You are much better going in store!
