It's a been over a month since I wrote an email asking about the CSR practices of the company, after not being able to find anything about this on their website. Sadly, not responding is apparently the way to go for Dainese. I was very happy with my products, but next time I'll shift to a more responsive brand.
Hello, given that I bought a modular MDS helmet from another supplier and I did not know that was part of the group otherwise, back from the experience of an AGV s4 helmet, I would have never bought because of the poor quality and this explains why people buy directly to China. I get the helmet with the gaskets slightly detached because they did not fit perfectly with the closure. after the report, the supplier contacts the Dainese group who promptly picks up the goods, which made me hope for the quality of the service and a replacement, while after 8 days the same helmet arrived with a little glue. Moral, in two days it will come down again because the problem is that it does not fit the closure otherwise a bit of glue I put it and as I thought I will never buy a product of this group, the Chinese would have changed it directly!
Unfortunately, very bad experience with customer service, quality of the products is very good, unfortunately, return is extremely difficult. Costs are not taken over, return slip was not printable and no contact address can be found. After 8 e-mails and 4 phone calls, the returns were delivered. Ordering the products in Italy is definitely very disadvantageous!
I live in New Zealand, registered on the Dainese website so I could purchase jacket boots etc. The company does not have New Zealand in country list so cannot buy anything. Has every other county in the world? Sent three emails to the company to get New Zealand added no resonse. Obviously not interested in business from New Zealand? Not going to bother anymore.
Bought a pair of Dainese Impact shorts while skiing in Austria, which have fallen apart. Contacted Dainese in Italy via email - they replied but as yet no satisfaction. they say take to your nearest dealer, they only do Motorbike stuff and said Dainese are poor to deal with on returns. My advice to anyone in world is find an alternative product as they are not interested when things go wrong. Very poor Customer Service and response times - Avoid.
No professionalism, only interested by your money. The after sale service is very incompetent, It's been a month since I've been waiting to get refunded for my jacket
The quality of the products is so good, the customer service is scarce.
