Dainese gear is second to none, and the in-store displays are well organized and have a premium feel. Unfortunately, customer service here ranges from sparse to vaguely antagonistic. Every time I leave feeling frustrated or icky. Hope they up their customer service game.

Danny was super helpful, and the gear he suggested is amazing. That's no going back to lesser quality apparel. I had never budgeted for high end gear in my twenty years of riding, but it's totally worth it!

A helpful assistant in men's apparel (thanks Jon!) agreed to shop with me for a bit and helped me find appropriate outdoor wear, advising me on things he'd tried and steering me whenever possible (and it mostly was) to the sale items. The store was hoppin' due to the sale so he helped out other customers with quick questions but stuck with me until I had everything I needed. He then handed me off via PA system to an assistant in the outdoor gear department where I found a sleeping bag (also on special).
Excellent products, service, clean and organized store. Not cheap but if you want great gear, this is the place to go.

Covid precautions in place, really nice store and Matt helped me order an item that wasn't in stock. He was very nice and helpful. Would take advantage of their location and ability to return items directly in the future as opposed to buying online and needing to ship back to Italy.
Came in to see about getting my new jacket repaired & they don't do repairs in house. Warranty would take too long, so they recommended a leather shop that could fix it. Not what I wanted to hear but was glad they had a good place to repair it. Lots of inventory & good customer service. If you are looking for a lifetime jacket, this is the place to get it. Sorry you couldn't help me out but glad I got to see your store.
