Daimler trucks adelaide Review

I never never Recommend to Daimler Truck repair. I not only suffered one time this was the second time since the new management. They always over charge and charge extra hours. Be care full they do not cover the repair warranty. They fixed my truck and same fault came again after one week. they charged again . The front desk service is very very rude. both person lady and man behaviors are very bad . They forgotten the booking I parked the truck all day. Booking was 9.30 and till 6.30 they did not touch the truck. They always lies and misguide the customer.
Think before you go to Daimler Truck.

Mechanics on the job are good. Secretary greeted pleasantly but wow all other staff in office won't say hello or make eye contact with you felt very uncomfortable while waiting for truck

Excellent help getting my parts and advise from Karen... Wouldnt go anywhere else...

Can't get parts on the phone. Always on hold. Don't seem to have a lot of parts for 2013 Argosy in stock.

Friendly people.
Unfortunately I've had the FUSO back 3 times in its first year.
Apparently it's a faulty knock sensor, so hopefully no more visits in 2021.
