I have been waiting for 15 hours now to get a door. I checked in at 5 pm, and they told me to park on their parking yard wait their call.
I didn t get their call yet my work schedule is messed up. I will never come back again, I would give them 0 or -ve.

Truck showed up at 9am for an 11am appaointment, was told they d call him when it was ready. 3pm driver went in to see if they had an update. They said it d be a little bit. Driver goes to bed, gets woken up at 3am to get told that they stopped loading and will have a door for him at 7am. 8am and no one has any idea about what s going on. 0/10 Would not recommend.

55 minutes in and out, nicest people to from the quard to my unloader.

Not sure why drivers have such a bad experience here, first time here and im in a dock 9 hours before my appointment. The gaurd was very friendly and full of help with info. Awsome place to load out of. Will definitely give this place a 5 star plus .....
