I've unfortunately inherited this company, DAILY FREIGHT, through the wholesale manufacturer I currently use. Having sent product throughout NZ with different suppliers for around 12 years now I have used or had some exposure to almost every courier and freight company within NZ. Daily Freight are so incompetent at delivering freight. From August 2020 to current day I am chasing one or more consignments per week on average which have either been lost, damaged, need depot searches conducted, are sat there undelivered without Daily Freight taking any initiative to sort. Freight dropped at incorrect addresses. Freight dropped off without signature. Related parties not called after promises to do so...(it goes on).

While the staff are professional on the phones; it is most common that I am not called back and things are not sorted out. Freight is left in weird places on-site without being signed for. Damaged freight is not reported back to the manufacturer promptly so we can remake it for our clients. Sometimes freight is deemed lost and I'm told they will formerly email us as such, they don't and then a week later the freight arrives at my clients damaged. So often I call and I'm told freight will arrive that day or the next and it doesn't again and again. Freight within Auckland can often take up to and between 7 days to well over 2 weeks; Sandringham to Pakuranga Heights. The examples I give not one offs; they are regular events. The freight situation currently is in such a way that we cannot easily change providers despite desperately trying to do so for months now.

While Daily Freight may provide a good service for some types of freight (I'm hopinf they do some aspects of their business well) they do not handle household blind related freight to residential addresses throughout all areas of NZ at all well. I highly urge you to go elsewhere and save yourself hours and weeks on the phone as well as avoiding a high percentage of highly unhappy and frustrated clients. In stark contrast to the fact I need to call Daily Freight at least once every week since August last year; we also use another courier company for packages under 1.8m whom I have never had to chase or deal with freight issues at all; not even once. Good luck in your freight provider finding endeavours.

OFG, promise twice on delivery date never show up and every time I call them say will call me back and they never did, I have call them at less x10 times on one simple delivery in Auckland. I really don't under stand how you guys are still in business.

These people have no idea what customer service is, currently at 37 minutes on hold with not once hearing "we are still trying to find an answer to your freight issue" - absolutely appalling service.

If I could give no stars I would. Worst freight company I have ever dealt with. Mucked me around for 3 whole days promising delivery and never turning up with no communication whatsoever except for unfulfilled promises. When deliver finally did happen driver refused to help move it (very heavy) to the spot we wanted it stating "that's my job done" would never use this company again. Big waste of time.

Awesome service.Been there to pick up but i was late and the pick up time was finished.The man in the office helped me to get my pack from the warehouse and explained me what to do next time if am getting late.Very friendly,helpful person.
