No spare parts in Middle East or Africa, woow the weirdest A/C company I have ever seen, the A/C burned in 6 month and no spare parts available.

My recent experience with this company tells me that they have no regard for customer service or product service. They operate in the Middle East where I believe it is essential to have the correct part available especially if the part is still under warranty. It shocking to learn that a simple PCB board for a air conditioning unit takes 8 to 10 weeks to arrive in a country that AC are constantly in use. So if anyone is considering DAIKIN units be aware first quality of the product secondly the availability of parts.
