This Guy is a real abuser, He is busy alone in his basement and take newcomers architects who like to work, without pay to do his projects, because that the projects are in very low quality.

Mr Dadras is truly very knowledgeable and a very experienced architect. He helped us a lot with obtaining a zoning certificate and permits to open a pharmacy and doctors office. He was the one dealing with city so we could attend to other matters. He is proactive and came to the site at our first meeting before even getting paid. We felt very comfortable leaving everything in his hand; he found the electrical and mechanical engineers for us. He did his job very quickly and efficiently. He was very responsive to all our suggestions and ideas. We feel confident that the construction of our project will be done perfectly knowing that he will be overlooking the project.
