They have the worst receptionist ever, when you call extension 9473 at the bacteriology department. She is rude and really sneaky. I don't have the french accent as I don't live in "France" and I would never do, and after our conversation she was telling her colleague, "Elle parle a peine Francais" which means She can hardly speaks french. At least I can speak English which is far more important than "your french". Thank you

Waited for 4 hours with a sprained, swollen ankle. The doctor came in, touched it a couple of times and left, the whole visit lasted maybe 10 seconds. I couldn t even ask a question.
Very bad experience. Went to emergency room with infection from insect bite. Doctor barely looked at it and said does not look bad. Ended up in hospital for 3 days, 2 days later.
Went to private hospital and paid for good care.
Shame of it is if the arrogant doctor did his job, I would have been saved A LOT OF PAIN AND EXPENSE.
It is Good and my friend is healed by the doctors and nurses.
By far the most accommodating hospital I've been in my life. Extremely caring doctors and all of them are so dedicated and passionate about their work. Kudos!
Visited last week due to some skin disease. Doctors were really kind and checked properly and gave me the medicine, which is actually quite working.
I went without rendez-vous, however, the doctor asked me to come some other time, but I came almost from the other side of the city, she was really kind enough to do the consultation.
Every resto in Paris has a uniqueness, so too does this one. Great coffee.
I came into the emergency area but the receptionist didn't speak any english whatsoever. She called someone to come speak to me and the guy could also barely speak English. I told them about my sudden chest pains and feeling like i constantly wanted to faint. It was hard to communicate and meanwhile the female receptionist kept laughing at our attempts to communicate, it was very strange. They didn't seem to take me serious. They then said they cannot help me unless I bring in my passport (i am not french, just in the city taking a class for a few months). This was an emergency and they actually refused to treat me and told me to go back home (after i just walked 20 minutes with very little energy) and get my passport. Unbelievable. I've travelled to many places in the world but this was worse treatment than a developing country and the hospital looked it as well. Disgusting, rude, staff, that could have cost me my life.
