D&m industries Review

I m not usually one to write reviews and I m all for companies to make a situation correct but D&M failed to deliver. We received a door that was not what we had ordered. D&M will not take back the standard size door and credit. I now sit with a $600 door and have to order another $600 door. Buyer beware.

We also had an issue with our front entry door that was from D&M and D&M came out to our property 4 times to repair and the door is still not correct.

For commercial projects, I would recommend avoiding D&M at all costs. Not sure how the company is run, but they have no concept of lead-times and delivery dates, and to make matters worse, do not have the courtesy to return phone calls when a project is delayed to due to them.

From door selection to trim style D&M did a great job in educating me on decisions for my home build.

I would not recommend using this company due to poor customer service. Our salesperson (Tammy) was horrible about returning calls, forgot to email the initial quote, ordered the wrong door, and emailed me the day of delivery telling me a part was missing and the delivery was delayed. I later learned that no part was missing; they just had a big order and didn't get to mine in time. Eventually the correct door was delivered. However, despite initially telling me I would receive some compensation for all the hassle (both with the initial delivery delay and the wrong order), none was provided.

I used to be employed by this company. I've had the honor and privilege working with some awesome guys! I don't know how it is working at other parts of the company is but I will say this about the delivery driver position. This company will watch as you destroy your body putting in the extra work to make sure the job is done. Management is completely useless and I would never recommend working here because I don't believe they even know what the hell they are doing.
