I've been working with Dave for over a year now, and He has been nothing but Professional, Very cooperative, and an absolute Joy to work with. I wish that all brokers had the professional level that D&L has. Thank you So much for providing such great service in every respect.

Had a load with this company. According to the confirmation they ve send me the shipper was FCFS from 5pm. I checked in at 4pm. After 2 hours of waiting shipper told me that I have an appointment at midnight and I only got the door at 2am the next day and they ve load me at 4am. Asked the broker for the detention and they ve refused to pay. Be aware!

We did a load for this brokerage on 11-20-20 which had delays therefore we requested detention. Have followed up multiple times but got the same answer "its been requested" As a carrier we shouldn't have to wait for the request to come through. Anyone holding trucks over 2 hours past their appointment time should be held accountable.

Great company. Been working with Monty Dees for several months now. No issues. Quick pay.

This is the worst company I have ever work with and more specific Broker Joey Cox he is the worst canceling loads when the driver is on its way to pick up the load and just getting another carrier making us lose money without any reason!

We delivered our first of what I hope will be many future loads for D&L Transport. I was impressed with the ease of communication and their attention to detail.
I look forward to working with D&L Transport many years and loads into the future.

Didn't realize they were not an actual moving company but a broker. Jacob was very polite and quoted me a charge of $1850.00. $350 for the reservation. $750 at pickup and $750 at drop off for a cross country move. They brokered the deal out to M&D Pro Movers, who arrived 1 week later than originally scheduled. They were very polite. They said the estimate was way off and that it was probably double the square footage, and began loading. They charged me a total of $4160.00, after my things were all loaded, with 70% due up front. Because of time constraints I counted it as a loss and moved forward. When they didn't arrive for delivery on the day we discussed, I began calling and getting no answer. When I did finally get an answer after weeks of calling, I was only able to speak to Secretary who had no answers. She assured me on two occassions that someone would call, and for almost TWO MONTHS they never did. That's a long time to go without your belongings in a new state. I called so many times with no answer, I began to seek help for what to do. I felt swindled by D&L and M&D Pro Movers. I have never heard of movers taking that long. And I have never done business with someone who would not take my calls. The movers finally called and said that they would deliver my things in 2-4 days. I was so upset that the owner deducted a whopping $200 from my bill. My things were delivered within the 2-4 day time frame. Again very polite, but absolutely the worst business experience in all my 50 yrs!

Fast payer, great communication, easy to work with, will work with in the future.

never anything but good experience with these folks....apparently they're old school honest, and the communication is good, information accurate and rates are fair
