However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. It took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiries, which was a bit frustrating. The technicians who came out to install the irrigation system were professional and knowledgeable, but the overall installation process took longer than anticipated. The quality of the work was satisfactory, but there were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed afterward. While the final result met my expectations, I feel that the company could improve their communication and response times. Overall, an average experience.
