Love going here to study! They have tons of space for any noise level and group size that you need. The staff is very helpful in finding whatever you need and you can even borrow chargers, textbooks, laptops, and whiteboards. This is a great place to go if you are looking for something quiet where you can curl up and get your work done. They recently renovated the second, third, and fourth floors to add more group spaces and desktop access which is very nice and looks great! My favorite place is the ninth floor because they have nice big, long tables that my friends and I like to study at where I can be social when I want, but also get my work done.

Exactly what a campus library should be. This library is as close to the ideal of a campus library as I think you could get. The first three floors are designed well for both individual and group study, the majority of the seating is setup so that it is easy to spread out for larger projects. On the first floor there are power outlets at every desk and many along the wall allowing for easy charging of laptops. From the third floor up the library is silent study and it is generally respected (those who forget will quiet down if you gently remind them). It is older and does show it in some places but when you need a library at college you aren't looking for pretty, you are looking for a place where you can get your work done and move on to better, more enjoyable things.

Books, icecream, gaming rooms, and more. Great for many things. Lets you reserve rooms up to a week in advance. Whiteboards for work and nice desks to work on. Great place to study in if you need a quite, formal location to do so.

This is such a great library. As a freshman at NC State, I always found the staff at the library to be extremely helpful and friendly. I was surprised to find out that I can check out more than books and media, but all kinds f technology! They also have fun workshops for free. Also anyone can claim a study room up to a week in advance. I do recommend checking out the renovated section of the library (entrance from the brickyard to the 4th floor), currently int his pandemic you can only enter if you have a student ID (this will change when the pandemic passes over).

I started working at the Library in 2019 and it is the best job I have ever had. The managers are very understanding when it comes to assignments and they have always been very supportive for me. After the pandemic, they were still able to offer student a job for scanning textbooks and I am so grateful for that!
