Some of the staff were very unfriendly to us hotel guests, especially the receptionist gave us a bad service. Very unfortunate even though the building can be considered quite magnificent and comfortable if managed properly, and included good service ... please apply Sapta charm as a basis for good service

The food is only yellow rice and bread, there was an incident that the room I stayed in at around 6am was entered by someone else.

Really bad service, not recommended. There is no Wi-Fi in the room, there is no telephone in the room so we can't call for a service, if we need help from waiters or need a service, we should go to downstairs(ask a service by face to face), there's only 3 towels in bathroom and if we ask for more it will extra cost, the restaurant is so small, waitresses don't wear uniform, the waitresses don't clean the hotel well because the lift is so wet and there's a sand.

Good hotel from the outside, but when first arrived it was greeted with dirty floors, maybe because hotel guests were full again. The service is quite friendly, we occupy a family room that seems to have just been renovated.
There is no shower holder & soap holder in the bathroom.
Breakfast: toast, orange juice, coffee / tea, green bean porridge, buffet with perfunctory flavor ... For better breakfast at the eastern competitors :)
