D-Auto Suisse SA-Central Porsche Lausanne Review

Have broken down abroad with my 991 under warranty, but without any assistance and forced to fend for myself to return to Switzerland, leaving the car on site. After-sales service and customer support non-existent. Obliged to complain vehemently on my return to have a similar reaction. Very disappointing and not up to the Porsche brand.

Catastrophic service and customer support for the real anything!

Bad customer service, even fault diagnoses are wrong .... just able to make standard exchange of parts and send a quote overvalued ...

Service terribly bad, Porsche has changed: the charm and passion of small sports enthusiasts turned to money machines running arrogant bourgeois who do not even know how to open a hood. The staff is good with the clientele.

Purchase of my first Porsche in this center. Everything was topissime! I was advised by Romane, who is very friendly and competent. But it is not the only one. All the people I met are too. Congratulations to the whole team !

This place has got a new owner/boss. My husband spent 3 hours buying a Cayenne E Hybrid . Very professional and super service oriented Sales Consultant helped close the deal.
New owner/boss cancelled the deal 2 hours later, unless we paid 3,500 Frc more than agreed in the signed contract.
We are now looking for a trustworthy, professional Porsche dealer in Canton Vaud.

Missing some models in the exhibition as well as a limited number of used cars.

Thieves I do not recommend because when we set a price and when we get his vehicle with the bill that amounts to almost 200 CHF more than I call it theft.
And also 5 days of immobilization without lending you or renting a vehicle I find it aberrant. For the price it is better to go to a traditional garage because for me it is a beautiful facade and nothing more.

Super professional, trustworthy, 90% of the documentation can be provided in english (which was important for me) and know how to make the delivery of a car special (even when you are just an "average" client buying a second hand car and not the client buying the latest 911 Turbo special edition). They will take you through all the details on the car, prepare the car to the smallest detail and even give you a special gift in the end.

I've been waiting for someone to call me back for 2 days ... and yet I called back in the meantime. Suddenly I will surely have my Porsche serviced in France, in addition it will be cheaper. And given the other comments, it does not reassure me. However the last time early it's pretty good, must have had a change of direction ??? or staff?
After now about 2 weeks tjs nobody, I called back and finally I had a counselor. miracle. very disappointed.

I think Swiss Porsche should do an analysis of this dealership. I think I know no worse in terms of after-sales service. They changed the team But I think it's even worse. I have been waiting for a response from the after-sales manager for 1 month for a problem coming from their home. I'm going to go somewhere else to check my pretty car.

I would like to thank the team in general for their neat and quality work, their welcome by their collaborator Mr Jeanmonod and their availability.

Top-notch after-sales service. I brought my car for a service. They returned it to me faster than expected and like new. Service advisor attentive to my needs and always responding to my expectations (Mr. Ozkul). I highly recommend this garage to anyone who wants a service that matches the Porsche brand.

The worst news I have ever known, a shame for this prestige brand, non-compliance with the unjustified overbilling quote, poor reception for a porsche center even dacia are more classy they will hear me speak at Porsche Swiss. !!!
