Amazing service. Had incredible help getting my custom fitted skiboots

My wife and I were very well served by Cyril to buy shoes, even though it was one of the busiest moments of the year, Cyril took the time to sell us our shoes. At the start we only planned to take it for my wife, but I was so seduced by Cyril's experience, his professionalism and the quality of the sales process (foot scan, fitting of 2-3 pairs which are already going very well, thermoforming) that I also bought a pair for myself.
After a week of skiing nothing to say they fit me perfectly, very happy with our purchases.

The equipment was fine -- no problems encountered.

It's less than a 5 minute walk from the Club Med nearby, and noticeably cheaper even including damage/cancellation insurance.

Dangerous, do not know how to fix the bindings: one of the two on the rented surf are found upside down after 6 days. Boss's opinion: someone made you a joke ... and no commercial gesture. To avoid !!!

Exceptional.
An excellent welcome: a young team, very pleasant, smiling and more competent.
A remarkable organization: everything has been designed to limit waiting times and make life easier for holidaymakers. On the first day, in less than 15 minutes, my family and I were all equipped and ready to tackle the slopes: we were taken in hand by a very friendly team, our shoes and skis were prepared and marked with the name and surname of each member and we were able to leave our street shoes in store. Every night, we could put our ski equipment in the store and we picked it up "reconditioned" the next morning (dry shoes, etc.).
The performance of this team really deserves to be underlined and congratulated.
Next time, no hesitation, we will return home.

I would have given more stars if possible. Martin did an amazing job to help me find the right ski boots and poles. He has a extensive knowledge of skiing in general and the first boots he proposed - even after trying several others - were the ones I eventually bought. He was very friendly as well. If you look for a place to fit your boots, definitely come here and ask for Martin. You won't be disappointed.

Staff very friendly who does not hesitate to help you put the shoes in the morning and remove them at night. Possibility to leave shoes and skis at night.

I had my skiboots fitted here. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable. With their expertise and equipment they were able to fit my boot perfectly. I definitely recommend this place for fitting or hiring skiboots!

Very good welcome, good advice, young people are very nice I changed ski without any problem in 10 minutes chrono.le store is at the foot of the slopes and the service is fast even at peak hours. I recommend this store without problem.

Skied all over Europe and this is the best ski hire shop I ve ever used. Equipment was well maintained and shop staff were very helpful and friendly. Have my own boots so was only hiring skis but they allowed me to keep my boots in the shop at the end of every day, stored in their drying racks - much better than a cold, damp hotel ski locker. They were happy to give advice on equipment, weather, the ski area. Extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and welcoming. If I go back to Alpe d Huez it s the only shop I ll use.

Bought ski boots here. Absolutely amazing service - Cyril is a total professional. Not only did he not try to upsell me to expensive boots I don't need, he also invited me to return to the shop for modifications and corrections.
I came back repeatedly, and Cyril happily adjusted my boots so I'd get a custom fit, all for free. He even gave me a free pair of rentals when one fix required the boots stay overnight in the store.
Best service I've ever received, cannot recommend enough!

We came in Alpes d'Huez for Tomorrowland Winter with a few friends. We rented our ski at Cyril's sports. The service was awesome, they really listen customers and take time to advise. When they offer to try and come back to change, they meant it and do it (while most of the shop i used over the last 20 years are usually annoyed and charge you). They offer to keep the ski overnight, this is very convenient. The staff is super friendly. The best experience I ever had with a ski rental shop in France !

15.5 Euros for a day shoe rental, difficult to swallow, my mistake: not having asked the price in the morning, cold shower in the evening when returning the equipment.
Opposite, at Intersport, it's 9 Euros ...
Personally, I will not go back.

A great ski shop, with a really quality staff, patient, who gives very good advice and especially recent equipment and very well maintained. I come to the Alpe for 5 years and have never been elsewhere as the reception is impeccable. They keep my skis even if they are not theirs in babysitting, or my wife's chuassures. A real understanding of the customers and what makes a good experience. They are top! The store also has a bootfitting section at the top.
