Have my mother in Cypress Point and am very disappointed in her care ! She uses a bedside commode that is changed maybe every other day (very unsanitary) , bed is not changed regularly. I am very disappointed in this facility!

Their negligence killed my grandfather! NEVER SEND YOUR LOVED ONES THERE UNLESS YOU EXPECT TO BURY THEM AFTER A BREIF STAY WITHIN THEIR FACILITY. MY GRANDFATHER WAS ON A FEEDING TUBE & AFTER HAVING AN ELEVATED FEVER HE WAS SENT TO THE ER. AT WHICH TIME THE DOCTOR PROCEEDED TO SAY HE WAS EXTREMELY MALNOURISHED & SEVERELY DEHYDRATED. HOW CAN THAT BE WHEN HE WAS ON A FEEDING TUBE? BASICALLY YOU STARVED THAT POOR MAN! NOW HE IS GONE & I BLAME THE NEGLIGENT STAFF AT CYPRESS POINTE NURSING HOME 100%.

Terrible place to even think about putting love ones understaffed all the time and treats staff terrible
