Course is currently in pretty good condition. Lots of roll on the fairway and greens are in good shape. Golfers need to fix their pitch marks though, but that s everywhere. Bring some extra balls for the water.

Update: The quality of the club (including staff) and course have degraded over the past year. With the price to play or the monthly membership, you would think they could mount the sign that fell off several months ago. Even after becoming a member -outright rejected to play on the course because the staff wanted to leave early. Cancelling membership and will look for another course to play.

Previous: Lots of fun and was the great staff. Was able to play until I lost a ball off of the tee just as the sun disappeared over the horizon.

The good: greens were fast , well kept, and rolled true. The cart person came around multiple times. Pace of play was OK. The bad: pins tucked, fairways were super hard, traps need more sand. Course bordered on gimmicky, tons of water, trees blocking the green even if you're in the fairway. For the price I'd probably stick to Windrose or similar.

I have played this course for several years and have seen its ups and downs. Great track and generally a good pace of play. Friendly staff. I play frequently because of the conditions. The grill and restrooms could use a facelift.

It was really easy to make a tee time. Seems like after 4 the prices go down so went in after work for a quick round. The young man at the pro shop was very helpful and kind. He helped me look into memberships, which seem to have great benefits. I'm glad I went and definitely plan to go again. And Cypress Lakes probably has the best greens in Houston. It was a great course to play

Beware: will tell you one price on the phone and fraudulently change price when you show up. No flags, no starter. The owner Tony booked my 1 person tee time when I specifically asked for a solo round. I drove 45 min to get here and they stuck me with another foursome and charged me 25% more than originally told. Never coming back and will be reporting to BBB.

The course wasn't in very good condition when I played. It looked like it was recently aerated, and there were dirt chunks all along the fairway and around the greens. Plenty of water and nice course layout, but the course just wasn't in good shape. The greens were probably the fastest I've played in MANY years, and there were several bumps that caused some interesting rolls. All in all, I played $29 at twilight and still got 18 in.

They are very proud of their course as you will find it more expensive than other courses around in better condition. Very open, greens in good condition but nothing special, They don't even assign you a cart and don't give you any customer service, sign the CC slip and give you a receipt. Every coarse I have been to around the area I get a little instruction since everyone does it differently. For the money I would go somewhere else and wouldn't go back.

Well maintained course in the Cypress area. A little bit on the spendy side, but definitely worth it. They have pretty typical beer and food options in the club house. Course can be challenging, but I think going more often, I should be able to figure out the course a little better.

It's okay.

It's okay.

I spent $80 on a Saturday morning (including small range bucket), for an "Okay" course and experience.

The pro shop and grill are no frills (just okay)...the driving range and putting green are small (just okay)...the course is full of straight ahead shots and few doglegs (just okay)...

And for the price of it all, it wasn't worth it. I am happy that I played it once, as I have played many courses in NW Houston, but I wouldn't come back for any price over $40.

The one positive I have to say and to be fair...for all the heat Houston has seen in Summer 2015, the greens looked good. But that is it.

I was surprised at how busy it wasn't for a holiday weekend, but the 20mph south winds probably had something to do with that. Definitely a fun course. A little long for this player, but I would still play it again. Greens were in very good condition. Not too ball marked up (repair your ball marks!). The fairways were chewed up in the typical landing areas on a few holes. No cart girl, but the girl behind the counter was friendly. I would play it again.

Just got off the course how much fun can you have? Greens were true, fairways wide and beautiful but be careful there's some water and challenges out there that you need to be aware of. My new favorite course price is right, conditions right and it doesn't beat you up at the end of the day. Will definitely play again and highly recommend this course. Fun, Fun, Fun

This is a good, fun and fair course that I love to play. Great layout. The clubhouse staff is friendly and accommodating. Once you're on the course all is good.

The negative about the facility is up-keep of the golf carts. Carts that are "ready to go" are usually filthy. There is always trash, discarded cigarette butts and usually a used water bottle or two. Management should either properly train the cart crew or fire them all,

If you like waiting behind 5 somes and no marshall to keep the pace of play up, then this is your place. Such a shame because the course is in great shape, but 6 hour rounds of golf kill the experience.

Very nice course greens are always in immaculate shape with their speed consistently around 10 on the stimpmeter, pro shop personnel are very courteous & professional, golf pros & staff are friendly and very knowledgable. All around one of the best golf experience's you'll find around the greater Houston area .
