Where do I begin.. the most inhumane and condescending service ever. Im utterly disgusted and will never ever in my life return back here. I'm from Houma, Louisiana and we were just hit with a horrible hurricane which made my town somewhat unlivable. My mother booked a room for us since we were displaced and had nowhere to go and once we reached the hotel they basically turned us around since my brother is 6 years old and not 21, I'm also 20 yrs old so I couldn't enter either. They canceled our reservations to compensate electrical workers (which i can understand). They treated us like peasants during our time of need when all we needed was a place to lay our heads. Im disgusted and appalled but God don't like ugly!

I always love going play at cypress bayou until what I seen at mabel's today.(August 1st) The food service was disgusting to see. I've noticed the manager herself was talking over the gumbo and rice with lids open. She had no mask on wild the cashier and the waitress that brings your food did. She was passing germs all over the food. Those pots should have not gotten serve to players all day.. And also I noticed one of the window workers wipe the side her mouth with her gloves she never change it. And they had no mask on. So if they had to sneeze all there germs was going on people's food. Cypress bayou casino food service should be wearing a mask. No player got time to be bringing germs home to there families . We are in a pandemic. And People are dieing. I will not be eating there anymore. When I got home I toss the food in the trash .

My daughters and I had a Wonderful time. The staff are Alway friendly and knowledgeable about any questions that you may have. They don't rush the answers just to move on to the next person. The grill fish on Wednesday is Amazing . Thanks

We drove from pretty far to get there. The advertisement made the casino seem much bigger and even emphasize that there machines paid out more than others. I know the chances and odds aren't great but we did not win one single cent. Tho the the staff was friendly,it just didn't match up to all the advertisements.

Very disappointed!!! Been going to this casino for 20+ years. The hotel instituted a late check out fee we were unaware of. We left as soon as we found out but I still find an extra $50.04 charge on my visa card. I called to ask what it was and when I found out, I asked to have it removed. They told me I would have to wait for a call from the manager. The manager returned my call several hours later and would not budge. She stated they will follow policy and keep the charge. I stated they will lose me as a customer for life if they do. She seemed content to let that happen. Such as shame for that little casino! I had the choice of three other casinos within the same distance and wanted to give them the business for my birthday. My wife and I stayed in the hotel, ate in the steakhouse, gambled in the casino for many hours and this is how we are treated. Oh, well. I guess they don't need our business. I will never be back!

Had a great first time experience with my stay and very clean and friendly staff member's and as you play your drinks are brought to you. I give a 5 star because I will be planning on going back and I love everything about this hotel and casino. Parking was great and rooms were very clean. I had an issue with my shower in the first room the first night and the staff gave us another room at no extra charge. Great stay at a great price. Will be returning back.

I liked it. The have pretty good slots, poker tables and drawings every couple of hours. They also have a hotel next door. Parking was easy.
