Cynics solution Sdn Bhd Review

A good brand name and great products of CCTV distributor. Strongly recommended for security solutions. Just that the front desk service staff (the one sits on the right hand side at lobby from entrance) it's really BAD experience when dealing with him. Not only myself but my others colleagues also facing the same BAD attitude by this guy. We're not expect any good service from Cynics staffs although other Cynics staffs provided us a tip top service. But he really talk so rude at first and should NOT work in service line especially customer service. If he don't feel like to work in service line is better just stop his job and look for other better job.

P/s: A nationwide good brand name can be damaged by just a single bad staff in service line!

Pathetic system, have had it's cameras and system installed in my house for over 4 weeks now. But every single week we are forced to call someone to come in and fix video loss problems. And it's the same problem every time. Even the cynics people have come, but it seems they don't even know how their system works. Would not recommend using them. Worst CCTV system ever.
