Really enjoying the classes I've been to so far, the Barre class is perfect for a more of a workout that includes lots of yoga and pilates too. The rooms are really well decorated and maintained and it's so easy to book.

Love this place!! Such a great studio. Lots of different classes and all the teachers are so friendly and welcoming. I mostly do Emily and Rebecca s classes which are just fab! They are both so supportive and helpful. Can highly recommend their classes

I've practiced yoga in many classes, in many studios in several countries, but I have really never found a studio as good as Urban Zen. The quality of instruction, the value for money and apart from anything else the friendly welcome and sense of community is amazing. So Swansea! A happy place.

Poor service, had to wait 20mins for olives and houmous, demanded money back when noticed a boyfriend of the employee who arrived 10mins after us was served their food before us. Left the cafe angry, upset and extremely disappointed.

In respect to the owners response, we would not have felt this way if we were told there was pre ordered food before us, lack of communication has resulted to this misunderstanding.

A fantastic place for yoga and other classes in the centre of town. Plenty of choice of styles and teachers, so you will find something you enjoy. A unique place with a lovely atmosphere. I've done a number of classes with the different teachers and really enjoyed.

Excellent food with a creative flair. Organic, fresh and seasonal. However, the bad.. seating is hard to sit in and not very comfortable. An attempt at rustic decor comes across as simply cheap. Menu choice underwhelming. An over abundance of babies in prams in the cafe while charming, is kind of a nuisance (but somewhat unavoidable, as the middle-class yoga mums populate the cafe haphazardly, babies in-tow after a session). Heard the cafe is closing 16th December which is sad.. :( but too be honest, I think it would do better if it focused on what it probably does best - Yoga. Thanks for some yummy meals Urban Zen.

The cafe part of Urban Zen is a little slice of heaven in Swansea, very friendly and relaxed atmosphere with delicious nourishing foods, teas and coffees. The yoga studio offers a diverse range of styles of yoga and is light, clean and spacious (at least for the classes I have attended there). I would recommend to anyone wanting to practice or just to pop in for a bite to eat away from the bustle of the streets. Thank you :)
