Now we have a small gray container for the regular waste and the large gray container for the paper and cardboard. It is now packed and is not emptied. This only happens in January. Now I have been sitting for two months with a full gray container with paper that is not emptied. Cycle does not want to do anything because it is a decision of the municipality. What a bad argument. They just ship you with a lot of garbage that is not being collected right now. Very bad service from Cycle and an arrogant and unfriendly employee on the phone there.

Bizarre: not available at the weekend, no breakdown service. With a broken bin in the street, that means antisocial stacking along the road or a stinky bag in your home all weekend. Absurdly arranged and never experienced before. Even calling a competitor on the weekend for breakdowns 10 years ago.

Just leave containers on the sidewalk with another trash bag next to it. Because the valve was ajar. What a service an old woman can pick up her container from the street and keep the bag for 2 weeks. It is a great pity that such personnel are the face of the company.

Already 6 times in 5 months the bin not emptied. This is no longer forgotten accidentally, but just intentional skip or refusal of work. Already seen twice that they look at it and just leave it. Do not even give a signal to the driver that he is driving by. Even a neighbor had to hear that one time she saw someone looking in a bin and pretended to be empty and just grabbed other bins and left. Of the 6x, it has also been 3x that my tank was the only one that remained, while that of the neighbors was emptied. After calling you get a call center and they can't do anything else with your complaint except to turn it off to the coordinator. However, you will not be called back or given a statement / apology or the employee (s) concerned will not be blamed. so now after another week no response but a review. I hope that the municipality of Krimpernerwaard will hire another collection company because this is just dredging

For the 12th time our waste is not collected, whether it is paper or residual waste, it does not matter. And you would think it was resolved after several complaints but no. It is also promised that the coordinator will call you back, but this does not happen either. How difficult is it to follow the route and keep promises? Really anything but talking about cycle.

These opening hours no longer suit this time. In other words the waste collection station must be available daily between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm. Less traffic jams on site.
Nowadays, citizens regularly stand in front of a closed gate.
So Cyclus / Gemeente Waddinxveen change those opening hours.

Just pick up half of the rubbish if you say something about it that there is still some hanging then they say they will come back soon but don't do this !! In short, big liars and Antisocial company with antisocial employees

Cyclus / Ms Bergman has been very helpful to our office in the care of a container for paper waste.

Had a great answer to my telephone question and also friendly people at the dump. Where you sometimes have to wait a long time. Being on time is the motto :-)

Even 1 star is still too much. Underground container already full from Christmas and just don't come empty.

If you as a municipality have a special contempt for your citizens or openly hate them, then Cyclus NV is the company for you!
Does a citizen live in a street that is halfway closed with a pole and therefore has to be broken in on two sides? Too much to ask for the employees of Cyclus NV.
Has your citizen complained repeatedly? The ISO9001 certified quality management system of Cyclus NV must guarantee that it is scrolled to higher management, so that if nothing happens you can only conclude that the management is incapable.
Do you as a municipality want the most empowered citizens to approach you with permit applications for the permanent storage of (overflowing) mini-containers on the public road ... then Cyclus NV is the company for you !!

Was on the website Cycle Gouda, Goudkade opened with any adjusted times open on Whit Monday. So not, with a full car at the gate for nothing. Also customer service not available. So very bad and not worthy of a star

Among other things, they do not collect plastic waste on the agreed day and they do not keep agreements about calling back. All badly organized!

They have an excellent waste collection station. How they process it afterwards will be a bother to me, they will probably reuse everything to raise new housing estates or something like that. In about 10 years will be a fuss again.

Promise a lot but do nothing. The city continues to deteriorate.
