The rental process was smooth and easy. The bikes were in good condition and perfect for exploring Brighton. Definitely worth it!
Cycle Brighton's customer service was average at best. The bikes were decent, but the staff could've been more attentive and knowledgeable. Overall, I wasn't impressed.
