Place takes your stuff that you recycle and pay fees to dump while they just flip the items online and make alot of money . Fees that are paid at the recycle site should go back to the city. Not them making double off dropped off items.
This company came to take our recycling. Also took our bins. After many phone calls and weeks later, they have still not returned the bins which we paid for and are necessary for us to use. Called many times and spoke with Jacob, who was apologetic but passed the message on to Jim the owner, who repeatedly ignored me, refused to call back, and did not send his guys back with replacement bins for us. Unfortunately there is no legitimate business relationship with this company. Jim does not care what his employees do and is unwilling to fix mistakes. Too bad he won't return my calls!
I've always had great experiences with Cyber Green. They show up within a day or two of calling and do all the heavy lifting. I use them for work all of the time. The guys are always friendly and are in and out. Thank you Cyber Green for making recycling easy!
This company need a lesson on communication. Left several voicemails that went unanswered. When I did get ahold of someone it was like they accidentally answered the phone and did everything they could to get me off the line. It's been 2 months and still no information on how much was raised on this so-called fund raiser.
The day of the event went well, except they did a lousy job cleaning up afterwards. Note to Jim, if your going to have the young man work these events, you may want to teach him to not throw everything around or bring a "BIGGER" broom.
Our company left 3 voicemails for Jim with no return phone call.
They were supposed to pick up a treadmill from me. Never showed up or called. Left message and no return call.
Called to have them recycle an exercise bike and lawnmower. They arrived on time and hauled the items with no issues.
Feb 2021: My third time recycling with them and it could not be easier. First time I had to pay anything (TV) but it's a great deal with all of things I have had them recycle in the past.
I ve dropped several types of things off here and have had great service. If you go during business hours, I ve had 0 issues. It s so nice to have a place to drop stuff off and not pay a ton of fees!
I have called every day or every other day for 2 weeks, the phone rings once and goes 2 voice mail, left several messages and no body bothered to call back! Very frustrating!!
