I would not recommend it. There are clauses that is not told you. For example. You can be cut after 4days of training. Then you have two weeks of training where you can be cut as well.
It is very stiff so if you don't do everything Exactly. You quickly get into trouble. Example a customer complains. You should apologize, offer contact then recap. If you swop that order you get into trouble.
Your accent needs to be faultless. For example you need to sound robot almost. If you your accent is too deep you get into trouble.
The any shift you want is not without a catch. You have to work a min of 16hours a week, with 4hour shifts. Starting times are 8,8:30,9 and the later starting times are 13:00,13:30,.
They do offer incentives but there are always alot of catches to it for example work two sat. Get an incentive, but then you need to have no complaints from the dealership.
You can get add ons to your current rates but that add ons are so much work that there are only maybe 1-2 that gets it per account they work on.
There are some people that will really teach you, but Remember there is no room for ERROR.
Its touch and go at every second so think long and hard beforehand
