I know what destruction mother nature can bring upon us and how our equipment can protect our valuables and ourselves. We recently had hurricane shutters installed on our home here in Palm Coast. We used Custom Storm Shutters Direct. Michael O Connell came to the house and recommended a shutter package which was ideal for us. His courtesy and attention to all details made him a pleasure to work with. When the Custom Storm Shutters Direct technicians came for installation, their training, courtesy, and professionalism were top notch! We are absolutely impressed with the products and service we received during the entire process. From the initial measuring, to the touch-up work, on both the interior and exterior of our house, was exceptionally executed! We had 6 large electric rolls-up shutters installed which required new electric to be run inside. The exterior decor bands had to be retrofitted to allow for the new shutters to blend in. This required additional touch up work which was done beautifully. The shutters blend in so well, you can hardly notice them. And the interior is just like new. Steve and his Crew were very professional, honest and exceptionally pleasant through the entire job. I highly recommend this Company and will definitely use them in the future. I wish everyone ran there businesses this way.

I would like to say a little something about the recent hurricane shutter installation by Custom Storm Shutters. My wife and I wanted to protect the balcony and east side of our home. We contacted Custom Storm shutters. Rose answered our call, she was very pleasant and told me that Mike would call me back, which he did promptly. We agreed on a day in which he would visit us at our home and explain the various products that may work best for our home and our budget. Mike arrived on time and thoroughly explained each option to us, and answered all of our questions, he really knows his products! We decided to purchase roll down shutters because they are so convenient and with the stucco texture applied they blend in and look like part of our home and not some kind add on. The two man installation crew was outstanding, courteous, and skilled and they worked together as a team exceptionally. They did things that I know most workers wouldn t do-they even caulked some pre-existing cracks in the stucco for me! Of Course the final product is outstanding, they look great- very nice work! The entire process was flawless from beginning to end, I wouldn t hesitate recommending these guys to anyone!

I love my "iron curtain"! You guys installed it a few months ago and I have been using it daily to lock up at night and prevent the early morning sun from blasting through my glass doors. But with the threat of a hurricane that was upon us just this week, I felt a lot safer and I no longer had to duct tape plastic around my glass doors to keep water from blowing in under them. It saved me hours! Thank you so much for your product! BTW - the guys that installed the massive shutter (iron curtain) were awesome.

I was locked out of the house due to not having our shutter key with me and this business saved me by providing the key I needed just before they were getting ready to close! Awesome customer service!

Great place to buy hurricane shutters and vary friendly employees

The spikes you places all around my front door are highly dangerous. I wish you would come out and see this accident ready to happen but you refuse?? I told the installer, but he was just the installer. Someone is going to get their eye poked out....
