I hope this message finds you all in the best of health and Imaan. I would like to share a beautiful experience I had during Ramadan 2025 — Alhamdulillah. Among the many great moments this Ramadan, I came across Custom Qamis.

Like many of you, I was initially hesitant after reading mixed reviews during my research. Nonetheless, I reached out to Brother Abd'Allah via WhatsApp, and masha’Allah, may Allah bless him and his family for the honesty and integrity he showed me. I want to reassure everyone: he is NOT a fraud nor a scammer.

To keep it brief — after hearing his side of the story, which I found to be totally understandable, he shared that last year (2024) he faced a major shipping issue. This led to serious delays and miscommunications, particularly within the Muslim community, resulting in many people not receiving their orders.

Upon speaking with him, I found him to be genuinely remorseful and eager to make things right. He has asked that anyone with proof of purchase — a receipt, tracking number, or any related documentation — contact him directly so he can resolve the issue. He is deeply apologetic and wants to clear up any misunderstandings.

As a first-time customer, Alhamdulillah, I am extremely satisfied with the service and product I received(Omani-Thobe). I encourage everyone to support his business, in sha’Allah. He is a God-fearing Muslim brother, just like us, and I also kindly ask those who were affected in the past to forgive him. May Allah forgive us all and grant us understanding and compassion Ameen.

I am waiting since two months, nobody answers and I got no informed about the tracking number or anything

I’ve been waiting almost 3 months for two orders , yet no delivery and very poor communication, so i guess no refund either , WhatsApp and email are pointless as they don’t respond. I feel as though their business has packed up or something. I advise to DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, They need to fear Allah , as they have ripped me off , no items & no refund of money.

ive ordered with custom qamis and its the last day expected for my delivery still havent got anything.
in the meantime ive tried asking question and tried to connect but litteraly no answers..
only option was to pay by calling all the way to UAE where the guy answering linked me to his whatsapp to give him my info there.
still no answer, so I feel like most of the reviews here are fake.
most of the reviews have almost the exact same sentences which is very sus.
