Ray and his crew made it so easy to book a surprise limo ride to the airport for my grandkids first flight. The new Chrysler 300 was gorgeous with all the bells and whistles! Driver Paula was prompt and fun. A great experience and a memory to cherish!
We booked a driver to pick us up after our wedding reception and take us to the hotel. This was expected to be about a 15 minute trip, but it took 45 minutes. The driver didn't know how to use his GPS so we were lost several times and had to end up giving him to directions to our hotel. The car was nice, but I wouldn't book this company again after this experience.
Hands down the best limo experience we've had. They took us to the Billy Joel concert, and my wife and I couldn't have been happier with the service, the vehicle, etc. We will definitely use them again and would highly recommend Custom Limousine to anyone looking for a great experience!
At the end of my last day of work before retirement, I was surprised by a suited and capped driver and a PT Cruiser stretch limousine! He picked me up at my office downtown (after having spent 45-to-60 minutes touring with my wife until I was finished working). Bob was extremely courteous and engaging. He and my wife were old friends by the time they picked me up. The car had psychedelic decor and lighting that was a nostalgic throwback. It was very well-maintained and comfortable (although entry and egress was a bit of a contortionist move). Bob continued to chat amiably with us the entire trip home. His driving skills were expertly proficient and safe. He added the icing on cake when he recited from memory a Rudyard Kipling poem in front of my family and friends. A most memorable exit from my long work career. Definitely recommend Custom Limo! Ask for Bob!

We hired a party bus to transport our team during the annual Brew to Brew Relay from Kansas City to Lawrence and it was awesome! The team at the office are easy to talk to and we were able to communicate our plan and what we needed ahead of time and the bus arrived with everything we needed to have a great race day. Our driver Greg took great care of us and got us safely to each relay hand off point on time. Would definitely recommend.
Are use custom limos this past weekend for my birthday and the chauffeur was very very professional and the limo with you was top of the line me and my date was very satisfied even tipped him more at the end of the night I look forward in the future use this company again

Just an amazing experience dealing with the team at Custom. I had a last minute request for a ride and most of the city turned me down, but Custom didn't. Not only did they get us a ride, but they were able to hook us up with a great vehicle. The rep I talked to on the phone was so nice and helpful and followed through with everything he said. I will for sure be using Custom again!
The reservations process was super easy. The staff very responsive. The bus super clean and comfortable. And our driver, Jonathan, made sure we got to our destination on time. He was super friendly and helpful to us. Would definitely use them again.
Ray, the owner or manager of the company, was completely unprofessional and rude to several of us as we tried to fix an issue. Our driver was great, but our 10 minute conversation with him at the end of the night completely ruined the experience. I can see a lot of other reviews agree. He needs to learn to treat his customers with more respect. Completely appalling!
In short, this company lacks any professionalism, customer service, or business integrity. I dealt with Chris and Tom on my contract.
I utilized this service on 4/26/14 this year for my wedding for a trolley service, and was left a voice mail just prior to my wedding ceremony (30 minutes) from Chris to tell me the trolley wasn't coming, and that the shuttle bus would be coming instead. (Similar to what takes people to the airport) I didn't receive this until I walked out of the chapel to see the incorrect transport vehicle had arrived and was already loaded by my wedding party. That is when I received this voice mail (So essentially no notice at all even though the service was scheduled at 3:00PM) To add salt to the wound, the driver completely drives 30 minutes out of the way between the chapel and the Kaufmann Center so we had to cut out a venue we planned on taking photos at. You should also note that you have to pay the driver a tip in the contract before the service is even rendered and paid by you.
I'm still trying to receive a refund for the costs (3 months after) and never received an apology or any form of compensation of rectifying this issue.
If you are planning your wedding or any event, do not use this company as they will sweet talk you prior to your event and do nothing for you afterwards. Also, just read the reviews on yellow pages or yelp to see that I m not the only person who had bad experience with this company. Most of these google reviews are more than likely fake or left by the company members themselves. I only looked at them when I hired them back in November of 2013. Don't make the same mistake I did.
Custom limo was great! We used them for my daughters 13th birthday! We road around town in style in the new Mercedes, this allowed pleanty of room for the girls to dance and enjoy the light show!! This was a truly memorable night for her and we would use them again. Our Driver Greg was courteous and friendly!
Over the weekend, we used Custom Limousine for a bachelorette party. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 hour winery/brewery tour in the excursion limousine. Our chauffeur, Carey, was amazing! Unfortunately, the morning of the event, the owner (I believe), called me to let me know that that they struggled to find a driver to replace one with a family emergency, who was originally slated to be our chauffer, and since they offered us a great rate, he was hoping we wouldn t mind paying additional money. He mentioned that he had guaranteed the driver an additional $200 above the $100 tip we had paid up front, so he was hoping we would be willing to pay more, otherwise it would come out of his pocket. That put both me (and honestly, the chauffer) in a very awkward place. Note: it is never acceptable to call and ask for more money for a service that was already agreed upon and contracted.
Unfortunately, our great experience with our chauffeur was tainted with the request by the owner to pay additional money for the services so it didn't have to come out of his own pocket.
Everything was super nice and professional. Could not have been a better experience!

A fraudulent scheme disguised as a transportation company. Doubt they rip everyone off, but dig into these reviews and educate yourself.
Great driver, Ron was already waiting for me when I landed, he was friendly, nice and even told me about Kansas City History. Tgis is the best Service in KC.
