My company has been using Custom Design Benefits for 10+ years. The plan is self funded, using the True Cost program, and it has saved and maintained health costs for our company, while providing our employees with a plan that saves them as well. The support at Custom Design Benefits has been very good and responsive to both employees and plan administrators.
The claims process continues to improve and has become more user friendly. Any time I have had to call for answers, my questions are answered promptly and accurately. I have never had a bad experience with CDB!!
My employer uses Custom Design Benefits for our health insurance. Recently I had an accident involving stairs and my inability to walk down them.
