Eric Heath out of the American Fork office is terrible. I have tried a few different times in the past year to get a hold of him and he takes days to return a call. He nevers answers when you call his direct line. Super frustrating. I am glad I have transferred my IRA out of Cuso so I dont have to work with him anymore.

The worst customer service on earth. Days of phone calls. One person picked up the phone and put in the desk. I could hear the office but no one answered. Finally I called back and was given the call center number. Days of busy signals. They think that your money belongs to them. I'm getting out.

I had the unfortunate displeasure of having done business with CUSO FINANCIAL SERVICES. I ask MELISSA after asking whose responsibility was it to manage my account and she said in reality that they had too many accounts to manage and to overlook when profits are plunging. After losing $45,000 in less than two months I decided to pull all my money out.
Unfortunately for me I m always extremely busy with work to overlook my accounts.

I used Cuso for a few years. I let one of their planners talk me into what I know now was a CD product. At the time, the explanation was very vague. Now I find out that they put me into a CD and charged me $4k+ in account management fees. Now, I know I could have just bought a CD from the bank myself and actually made money, and paid very little fees. All I can say is pay very close attention to what products they try to sell and the fee structures. Then verify it yourself if possible. If I could give them less than one star, I would. Hopefully I can at least break even in the next couple years.

Don't take my word for just look at their website and call! I had a very bad experience with them at my credit union. So bad I was suspicious of fraud so tried to contact their corporate office. Their website doesn't even mention my state but the big problem is it only offers one 800 number for contact. Call it. Seriously, call now. You will not believe it. I actually expect spam calls after calling that number. "You have won.."

I have had the unfortunate displeasure of having to do business with this organization. They refused to liquidate and transfer when I switched financial Financial institutions. My advisor was Jonathan Stoft who didn t do anything other than send me to their compliance department. And then I was met with a woman named Terry who was very condescending and I asked for who is in charge I was told by Kim that it was Peter but sent to Rob who was even worse and extremely rude condescending and unhelpful in anyway whatsoever. The only thing this organization did was make me look like I m a bad person because I don t agree with their policies. There is no empathy for the confused and newcomers. Customer service is clearly on the bottom of their list. Verbal confirmation of any kind is extremely unsafe and unreliable. This company s behavior has forced me to leave extremely bad reviews across the Internet as well as file complaints with the security and exchange commission and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because it is clearly not managed very well. Rob if you want to tell me that I m harassing your staff because I am searching for a solution then you clearly should not be answering the phone and talking to customers. I m upset confused and simply trying to move on to a better company.
