They were nice enough to squeeze us in, our Monaco motor home was having a bad oil leak. They had no problem taking care of it for us. THEY KNOW THIER STUFF

Happy with work done and the customer service. The price per hour to work on a generator mounted in an RV outrageous!!! $132 an hour. Talk about price gouging. But service centers are few in the area. Its not rocket science.2 stars on pricing.

I just had my 42 Entegra diesel pusher with 450 ISL in the Horseheads shop for full engine and chassis service, as well as fix some pretty bad oil seal and gasket leaks. Jeremiah, Gerry and diesel technician Kyle were absolutely awesome and i am really satisfied with the level of care and expertise they showed for me and the coach. Kyle Bennett is a top notch Cummins tech that clearly knows his craft and Jeremiah and Gerry handled the scheduling, Spartan parts ordering and service writing very well. All three of these guys spent time with me F2F and on the phone to keep me updated and informed about the work done. Well done, guys and thank you!!!
