3 strikes you're out.......3 different locations, 3 botched orders with a pice of paper bonus in my fish sandwich. No Salt and Pepper that I requested and no napkins. If I have to bring my own linens and salt and pepper shakers I will go else where.......
I recently went to sauk city culvers 6 days in a row, 3 of them with coupons, 3 exact order without coupons. Money that you save from coupons are small, not worth getting upset. But Turns out they don't honor the coupons they mail to the residents. I even talked with the cashier regarding this issue. I would have ate at culvers regardless of coupon. Why would you lie and cheat your own customers. My family has been eating at culvers atleast twice a week, for 7-8 years. Now You have lost a handfull of customers for chump change. I hope it was worth it.
ordered shrimp ,wanted cocktail sauce, instead I get marinara. they must think shrimp is the same as a meatball. who wants to drive back for the correct sauce?
Regarding the Culver's in Rochelle Illinois
While waiting to order, I saw there was an employee, not in uniform, that was collecting food and helping out. While waiting for my order, I saw the employee I mentioned making the 2 malts I ordered after setting a tablet down and NEVER washing his hands. Imagine my surprise when I also noticed he was not wearing gloves, as he was reaching into the malt powder container. I mentioned it to another employee and asked why he wasn't wearing gloves and was told it was the OWNER (LUKE). I told him I was uncomfortable with the lack of gloves and so the other employee told him. The cups had custard, chocolate and malt powder already. Luke left the cups, put gloves on and continued making the malts. After setting them down, he immediately took off the gloves and made another custard product. This lack of sanitation is very disturbing considering it was the owner, who is supposed to be the role model for the other employees. I also refused to take my number for my order, noting that they were not being sanitized between customers.
I have been to culvers twice over 2 weeks, and the service was less than respectful. The first visit, being a Veteran and the failure to recognize a Veteran and spouse. The second visit on 29 August, the customer representative failed to take my families order properly leaving food off the order. Had to have the manager on duty fix the problem.to have bad service two weeks in a row is unsatisfactory. I will steer clear of Culvers for a long time to come. I will not eat at another Culvers store. No customer should have to deal with bad service continuously time after time. I do not appreciate bad customer service.
Management bullies in every franchise that begin at very top!!! If you have visited ANY Culver's location and received rude and unacceptable service it's because the owners of these franchises demonstrate their rude unacceptable behavior to their employees. My son was just fired after working 5yrs (Mesa Az.) (Greenfield Rd.) He was given NO reason and has always had stellar performance reviews!! The cowardly owner (Clarissa) forced the store manager to do the dirty work and now refusing to pay out vacation time that was accrued. How do you (Culver's) continue to get away with mistreating employees the way you do? Karma.... is all I hope for your company.
I should probably report this company to the BBB. I loved this franchise so much I decided to work for them. I was harassed every day by my general manager which got so bad I had to quit and was paid to not come to work by the owner. After contacting corporate they not only took my information and IGNORED my message but ALERTED the person conducting the harassment that I was trying to make a claim
and ignored my 2 other messages where I kept asking for a simple call back. I will continue to tell people I meet about this experience and warn them about how corporate does not care and seems to enable this behavior.
Honestly it s against the health code to make people come into work extremely sick! customers doesn t want to get sick or want workers touching their food when they are sick The Fort Atkinson Culver s manger (Cody) (Haley) makes us workers come in very sick and contaminating customers food when we should be staying home getting well! That s wrong! Top that off they allow co-works s dip there spoons into the custards bins and eat them!! That s disgusting that s crossing the health codes! Please send over the Health Dept to the Fort Atkinson Culver s on Maddison Ave!
We have done 4 take out order and we get it home and we are short no fries one time no onions ring one was no cheese on burgers one was no soup last night mushrooms and swiss double we order my husband went back to the counter and their were no mushroom on it so instead of making him a new burger they hand him a patty and mushrooms then my other family member order a double and only got a single so he had to go back this is at Hartford Wisconsin
