It is so great here, kids swim classes are great. The protocols they have put into place for corona virus def make me feel safe, which unfortunately requires that there is no longer locker room access A word to the wise, it is a large pool and unheated.

Great outdoor pool! Well kept and friendly staff. I go to this pool for lap swimming about twice a week and is so much better than gym pools. The best times is when lap swimming is opened up to 50m! They use a sodium based chlorine that cuts down on the over chlorinated feeling. At the time of writing, open during Covid, and kept safe and managed well.

I love swimming at this pool. Great programs for beginner lessons, swim teams for adults and kids as well as open swim on the weekends. The pool is clean and clear. They keep the water pretty warm all year round. Staff is helpful and skillful.

Great pool! Fun whether you are doing a class or lap swim. They also offer other water activities. Friendly staff and great service, as well as clean and good pricing. However, I prefer some greenery(i.e. potted plants) and the area around the pool is a tad bit bland, but just my personal opinion, not really something you should factor in when you decide if you want to go here.

Great community pool. Clean. Friendly staff. Great parking. Nestled up against a great park
This was where our high school used to have their water polo and swim team. Very fortunate to have this pool here.

I typically swim at a city swim complex near USC, but it remains closed due to COVID-19. I have wanted to try the Culver City Plunge for years, but it always seemed too busy for my liking. I am a decent swimmer, but definitely not a *confident* one so I prefer having a lane to myself. Now that the plunge has reopened and they only allow one person per lane I figured it was a great time to try it out. Firstly I am quite impressed with the measures they are taking to ensure the safety of patrons. It's well-organized and well-executed. I docked one star because there has been more than on occasion in which one of the staff members checking us in has had his mask over his mouth, but not his nose. It defeats the purpose of wearing a mask if you have your nose exposed. A few patrons in line are sometimes guilty of this as well which is somewhat vexing. All that said, the pool is lovely and the staff is as well. Overall, a great place to come for a swim.

I'm writing this on May 15th, 2021, and the current COVID-safe setup they have with reserving a lane for family swim or lap swim or reserving a time slot in a class works very well and feels very safe! Each time slot gives you 45 minutes of time in the pool, with 15 minutes in between so it never feels crowded and there's time for them to clean surfaces between groups. The pool and facility are very clean and while the water is a tad chilly if you're just standing still, it's actually plenty warm once you get swimming.
