The space offers a wealth of public services and guidance for immigrants or temporary residents of Toronto.
I would say that this and other similar posts around the city are essential especially for newcomers to Canada.

I gave 5 stars because of Alexandra Aerdelyi. She is very helpful, respectful and very courteous. She is genuine and has a human side and loves her work, she is there to listen and help genuinely. She is caring and kind and has the best customer service ever. She will reply/deliver promptly and she is generally very pleasant. If I start mentioning all the things she has done for me when I was a newcomer, it will be a whole series. She is the true definition of what a social worker should be. She will help any race, religious background, male or female, red or blue, even an alien she will help :) she does not choose or discriminate. Her service is constant and she does her best to give the best outcome to new comers. Most social workers in Toronto are not nice and are just there for the pay, they feel like you are wasting their time and will tell you anything in person or via telephone to just get you to go away so they can attend to the next client and press repeat. She is the opposite and genuinely cares for her clients. In short she is just an angel in human form and Culture Link should feel very lucky to have her. Thank you again Alexandra!

Regards,
Farida

Great location and staff that cares about newcomers. One of the better employment agencies that is constantly trying to improve their services and improve their offerings. Very dedicated staff that are willing to go above and beyond. The newcomers bond with each other which is a huge incentive to go. Great community feel.

A great place for newcomers who struggle to settle in Canada. I have been a client of this organization since 2015 and participating in several programmes. Neat walk, Newcomer speak up for success, few visits around the city such as Maple syrup festival, Toronto Island...etc Staff is very nice and I mainly deal with Rubeen and the Rakesh who are super supportive. Expecting to join their camping event as well
