So I don't often write review but in this case I feel everyone should be aware of the service you will receive from this 'so called' professional company. We paid for a service and waited nearly 2 weeks just to get a call back to book in a technician and if this was not bad enough when they came they double-charged us. This was on 7th of August and despite many follow-ups/escalations we are still waiting for OUR money to be returned. We have been shouted at and have emails stating we will get our money 'when they are ready'. This is just a joke! Save your money go with someone that knows the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

they are not committed to water delivery, we need to wait for 2weeks to have our bottled water deliver but their schedule is every Tuesday and Thursday and they are coming once every 2 weeks only. every time i am trying to call their landline they are just dropping the call in a very Disrespectful manner.
