They were my solicitors for when I bought my place this year. They were on top of everything and really helped to explain everything to someone who was going through this for the first time

All staff very friendly. They provide great service.

Mary Cullen is a lovely lady to deal with. Recommended to me by relations and I always recommend her on. Very fair pricing. Very efficient also. Other family find her lovely to deal with also.

I always come to their business all the time, normally is verifying my documents so as usual I came back again last week and I met a solicitor, She did her job then asked me 20 euro for 1 sheet of paper. I was shocked, I told her I am in and out this office all the time. I only pay 10 for each documents. Where's 20 euro comes from? She looked at me for second then told me okay.

I dont like a chancer. I won't be back this office again. Just because I'm Asian and she think she could fooled me. I think her name is Mary. She's around 50. It never happened to me before and it just happened with this woman only but I don't like that kind of attitude and sorry I won't come back again. Loyalty should come first. I lost my trust on them.

Disappointing service. Cullen & Co. were handling the estate of a deceased relative, and I had a simple yes/no query which has still not been answered despite more than a month of e-mailing and calls. Always had to be the active party, communication was never returned, would not recommend.

Cullen & Co. Solicitors has helped me to buy my home in 2015 and in 2018 to sell as I relocated from Ireland. I am so happy with their professionalism. They were always there to help me with all the questions. As I m not Irish, I had a lot of questions, as one can imagine. I m am so grateful for their help all the way. Specially as the sell was not easy. They acted very rapidly, making sure all is as per law and in every essence, protected my interest. I highly recommend them.

Monika helped me with purchasing my apartment in 2018 and then remortgaging recently. On both transactions I was very happy with Monika and team and any legal issues were explained clearly. Due to Covid the banks were very slow on the remortgage but Monika kept me updated and was responsive to my questions

Be aware of this service, DO not pay 20euro for affidavits unless there were 2 affidavits or 1 with 5 exhibits.

Dont piss on me and tell me it's raining. As a law firm, you would known better than anyone else. Just dont come anywhere close to this business!!
