I have a mother who is in a skilled nursing facility. She was very unhappy about her meals until recently. She recently told me that her meals now tasted great and looked so much better than they used to and wondered if something had changed. She now cleans her plate and looks forward to her meals. I spoke to the administration and they told me that yes, a new foodservice company had taken over by the name of Culinary Services Group and that they were getting lots of compliments now. I just wanted to personally thank the folks at Culinary Services Group for making my mothers days just a bit more enjoyable. It truly helps to put my mind at ease knowing that her appetite is back and that she now looks forward to her meals
My mother lives in a very nice assisted living facility. However the food provided by CSG is horrible! Choices are very limited, food is served cold and ordinary items (butter, bread, ketchup) are sometimes out. Some serving staff are helpful and pleasant; some rude. Bad news!
Culinary Services Group is a very professional organization. This begins with their Executive Leadership Team, and filters all the way down to each individual employee in their operations. They show true committment to customer service, and continue to train and develop their teams. The focus on food quality and consistency surpasses other providers in the contract food service industry. Culinary Services Group shows their committment to excellence and will continue to grow as a strong company in the coming years.
I recently visited a family member who was in a assisted living facility. It was my first time visiting, so I was interested to find out how she enjoyed her new home What really stood out was how well she liked the food. Usually, that is not something you hear about an assisted living facility. You expect the negative connotation that is associated with "Hospital Food." When the nurse came to bring her dinner, I asked who provided the catering for the facility. The nurse said it was Culinary Services Group. Since my first visit, I paid special attention to the food she was given. Consistently, the food has been well plated, presents a wonderful aroma and apparently, the taste is delicious. (I wouldn't know, she never lets me get a taste)
I use to work for top nosh an was fired because I need a set schedule then I need a paper faxed over to get assistance with an utility company and was they didnt look at it until the day it was due to the company and I was never to call there again because they were in. A meeting and didnt have time for me or the importance of the paper work i need filled out I would not recommend this company or top nosh to anyone
Don't work for them in West Mifflin Pa .All the boss does is harass employees make them do jobs they weren't hired for. Sits in office all day and plays on computer. At least 20 people have quit because of him and I will be next.
Best company I have ever worked for. Not only does this company care and invest in there staff and treat there employees like family, they also care about building long lasting relationships with the clients. They want their clients to recieve the best quality they can. They hold true to their promises.
